We currently ship across Indonesia. For international shipping, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

⏱️ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Prescription eyewear may require an additional 2–5 business days for lens fitting and quality checks.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status in real-time.

❗ Notes & Exceptions

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
